Now Accepting 2024-25 Admission Applications

We are accepting applications for the 2024-25 academic year! We have moved over to a new rolling-admissions process for the 2024-25 school year. We believe that you should not have to wait for a date on the calendar to make one of the most important decisions that you and your student may choose regarding their education.

Although there is no “deadline” for applications, we encourage you, DO NOT WAIT to submit an application! While we would love to welcome every student into our halls, we are committed to maintaining healthy and manageable class sizes that are optimal for every student to thrive at Hill-Murray. We had a wait pool for the 2023-24 school year, and anticipate the same for the 2024-25 school year as well. It is a great time to be a Pioneer!

There is so much strength in our community – you are our best advocates! Please share this link with your friends, family and anyone you think would be a great addition to the Hill-Murray family.

Please contact Krissy Pohl at kpohl@hill-murray.org (Middle School) or Emily Sharockman at esharockman@hill-murray.org (High School) in Admissions with questions.

* Please note, this is for NEW students interested in attending next fall.

Now Accepting 2024-25 Scholarship Applications

Hill-Murray scholarship applications are now available for the 2024-25 academic year. All scholarship information can be found online this year under the Tuition Assistance tab on the main page of our Hill-Murray website.

Scholarships are broken down into Need-Based and Non-Need Based Scholarships. Those families who complete the TADS application for financial assistance will automatically be considered for the Need-Based Scholarships. The TADS application is the only application to fill out for these scholarships. However, if a student is chosen for one of these scholarships, they will need to submit an essay, thank you note, and student profile information to accept and receive the award.

Regardless of whether or not they fill out the TADS application, any student can apply for the Non-Need Based Scholarships. The scholarship application can be found and completed online under the Tuition Assistance tab.

Completed applications are due by Friday, November 17, 2023. This is much earlier than in past years. Don’t delay! Get started on your application today!

If you have any questions about this process, please contact Denise Bates at dbates@hill-murray.org.

Note From the Health Office

As talk of a new COVID variant has hit the news you might be wondering what the current protocol is at Hill-Murray. Just like the flu has many variants, so will COVID. To keep things simple we have 2 rules:

  1. If you do not feel good, do not come to school.
  2. If you have a fever, do not come to school. You must be fever free without the use of any medication for a full 24 hours!

We do not require you to quarantine for 5 days. We also do not require masks upon returning to school. We want the kids to be in school! There are a lot of germs going around every day. If you feel sick please stay home.

If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to the nurse at (651) 748-2431

Thank you,

Mrs. Leier, HM Nurse
