Hill-Murray Cross Country is not just about running.
Cross Country is a sport that focuses on developing discipline, self-knowledge, goal setting, and teamwork. Runners participate in a training program that individually tailors to their skill level and challenges them mentally and physically to seek improvement over the course of the season.
However our program also helps runners understand themselves better, and when to push the pace and go the extra mile and when to balance and moderate. Runners measure their improvement when they participate in meets, competing in races at a high level against runners from other schools both individually and as a team.
