A search is underway at Hill-Murray for an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to serve as the

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for financial strategy and controllership functions, using
sound fiscal management. They will oversee the day-to-day activities of the business office and develop and
maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and
regulatory reporting. This includes month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, annual audit
preparation, insurance, and other financial activities. The Controller will be a collaborative, relationship-driven
leader who engages with management, personnel, external service providers, and stakeholders for Hill-Murray
School and Hill-Murray Foundation.

Theater Production Director

A search is underway at Hill-Murray School for an experienced professional to serve as Hill-Murray Theater Production Director for the 2022-2023 school year. This position is 12 months, 1.0 FTE., and reports to the Director of the Upper School. The Theater Director with serve as Hill-Murray’s Director, Instructor, and Production Supervisor and has a unique opportunity to spread the love of theater, build on an incredible performing arts program, and continue to lead the way in middle and high school theater in the Twin Cities.

Building and Grounds Specialist

A search is underway at Hill-Murray for an experienced professional to serve as a Building and Grounds Specialist.

Expectation: Reporting to the Supervisor of Building Grounds, the Building and Grounds Specialist provides general cleaning and groundskeeping. Tasks are assigned in order to meet the high standards for cleanliness, safety, good repair, and appearance for the Hill-Murray School community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold valid MN teaching license in School Counseling.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ASCA Model.
  • Ability to engage in ongoing professional/personal development in order to develop self and to maintain current instructional theory and practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with students, families, colleagues and community organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand proper reporting procedures.

IT Support Technician

A search is underway at Hill-Murray for an experienced professional to serve as an IT Support Technician.

Reporting to the Director of Technology and Innovation, the IT Support Technician serves as the first point of contact on
the Hill-Murray campus for hardware and software issues experienced by staff, faculty, students, and parents. This
position is responsible for resolving issues on a daily basis onsite, and escalating issues, as necessary, to the building IT
Network Administrator and department Director. In addition, this role works with faculty and staff to offer professional
development opportunities for building software, as well as supervises and trains student assistants participating in the
Hill-Murray Student Technologist program.
