Get Ready for Back to School!
We are thrilled to welcome back all of our students, parents, and faculty for another exciting academic year! We hope you’ve had a wonderful break and are ready to dive into new learning adventures together. To make sure you kick off the year on the right foot, we’ve put together an informative Back to School page on our website. This page is your go-to source for all the essential information you’ll need. From important forms, to handy school supply lists, essential dates, uniform details, and much more – we’ve got you covered. So, let’s gear up for an amazing year ahead!
Make sure to mark your calendars for the mandatory Business Days and Orientation Days. You can find the dates and more details about both on the Back to School page.
We encourage you to visit the page frequently to stay informed about any new information added throughout the remainder of the summer.
Bussing & Carpooling: 2023-24 School Year
Bussing is provided by local school District 622 and only those who live within District 622 are eligible for the bussing option. A carpool list will be sent out later this summer to those who express interest. Carpooling will be arranged with other Hill-Murray families independently. The deadline to sign up is July 28th, 2023.

Mandatory Senior & Parent Meetings
Please mark your calendars to attend one of these two meetings. These meetings are mandatory for seniors and parent(s). Students will receive their transcript to date, a timeline for this year and important application instructions. They will also complete a form for graduation, stating the full name for their diploma. Together with their parent(s), students will sign a Transcript Release form so that we may release their transcript and course schedule to all colleges and scholarships they apply to.

Sunday, August 27, 6:30-7:30 PM, Hill-Murray Auditorium
Monday, August 28, 6:30-7:30 PM, Hill-Murray Auditorium

Fall Sports Registration
Fall Sports Registration opens Monday, July 24 and closes on Friday, August 11. If your child wants to play a fall sport, please register here.
In order to be eligible to play high school sports, your child must have a physical completed every THREE years: Link to physical form here
TRIA is offering FREE sports physicals for high school student athletes. The Woodbury location is offering physicals on August 7th from 5 – 8 PM. CLICK HERE to sign up and download the required form.

Be a part of the 2023 Hill-Murray Fall Dance Team! Perform at halftime for all home football games and the Homecoming pep fest. There will be a clinic on Monday, August 7 from 2 – 4 PM for all who are interested. Click here to learn more!
Hill-Murray Band Kickoff Picnic
Hill-Murray band students and families are invited to come meet other band families and kids at the Band Kickoff Picnic! Come to Hill-Murray School any time between 5:00 – 6:00 PM – food will be served at 5:45 PM. There will be a parent meeting from 6:30 – 7:30 PM with games for kids during that time.
