Institute for Benedictine Spirituality

Rooted in Prayer, Guided by Wisdom.

Through our sacred relationship with the Sisters of St Paul’s Monastery and the Benedictine Center, Hill-Murray students, families, and staff are invited to deepen their faith, nurture their spirits, and live out the Benedictine values of prayer, hospitality, service, and community. Together, we journey on a shared path of spiritual growth and wellness within our school and at St. Paul’s Monastery.

The Institute for Benedictine Spirituality, located at Hill-Murray, works in close relationship with the Benedictine Retreat Center at St. Paul’s Monastery to create rich opportunities for spiritual renewal and formation. More than a program, the Institute for Benedictine Spirituality is a “sanctuary for the soul.”

Grounded in Benedictine wisdom that has guided communities for centuries.

Offers an oasis of peace amid life’s challenges and complexities.

Rooted in the Catholic tradition while remaining open and welcoming to all.

Invites each person to encounter Christ, grow in faith, and live out Benedictine spirituality in daily life.
