At the Beginning of Prayer:
Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God as we begin in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Silent Prayer:
As we prepare ourselves for a moment of silence, we remember that we are in the holy presence of God and one another. We quiet our bodies and our minds to listen for what silence may teach us. From Pslam 46, “be still and know that I am God.”
As we continue our day, let us remember what peace there may be in silence.
At the End of the Prayer:
St. John Baptist de La Salle

Saints Benedict and Scholastica
