Career Fair: April 16, 2026
Guidance and Counseling is excited to host our upcoming annual Career Fair on Thursday, April 16th!
This engaging event will feature 35+ working professionals representing a wide variety of career fields. All 10th-grade students will attend this event and will have the opportunity to participate in five small-group sessions with professionals of their choosing. During these sessions, students can learn about career paths, ask questions, and hear firsthand experiences from industry experts.
Our goal is to help students explore future opportunities and gain real-world insight into different professions.
We look forward to providing this valuable experience for our students and appreciate the support of our community in making it possible!

ATTIRE INSPO:
One of our most-asked questions each year is, “What should I wear?” While we love when guests embrace the theme, there’s no need to buy anything new—this night is about feeling comfortable, confident, and celebrating together.
If you’d like a little inspiration, think vibrant colors, fun textures, and elevated style. Ladies can lean into flowing fabrics, florals, and bold or soft hues, while guys can have fun with colored suits, patterned jackets, or standout ties.
Most importantly, wear what makes you feel like you—we can’t wait to welcome you home.

Our 8th grade leaders guided our 6th graders through two activities involving teamwork to complete each task. Engineering or Technology Internship
Do you work in engineering, technology, or other STEM related fields? We are seeking partners for internship or job shadow opportunities for high school students. Our students have hands-on experience in coding, engineering, and 3D fabrication. They are excited to learn more from professionals like you and are eager to see how their skills apply in real-world settings.
We are interested in exploring a variety of potential partnerships. Students can be available for one to two hours per day, two to three times per week for internships. Other possibilities include job-shadow programs or even one-time site visits or facilities tours. We would also welcome professionals who would be willing to speak to our students here on campus. These experiences are invaluable in helping our students explore career paths and gain practical skills. If interested, please reach out to Aran Glancy at aglancy@hill-murray.org. Thank you for supporting our students’ journeys!

Sister Linda Answers The Call

Check out this story about Sister Linda’s journey of serving as a chaplain with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, offering a steady, compassionate presence in moments that require both strength and deep faith. It’s a meaningful reminder that living out our vocation often happens not just within our walls, but in the ways we show up for others in their most difficult and sacred moments.
