Process for Applying for Tuition Assistance
In 2009-2010, Hill-Murray offered over $1.2 million in tuition assistance in grants and scholarships. To apply for assistance, be sure to read the following and be aware of application deadlines.

- Fill out the Financial Aid Application online. Application deadline is January 16, 2010. Late applications may receive a smaller grant.
- There are no application fees.
- A deposit of $300 is paid when families complete their enrollment contract. This deposit is not refundable but will be applied to the student's Capital Improvement Fee.
- Tuition statements are mailed monthly and payments are due on the 15th of each month from August through May. Families can pay tuition in one lump sum or in installments over 10 months. 12 month payment plans are available as well.

Other Fees
In addition to tuition, there is a Capital Improvement Fee of $300 for each student. The $300 deposit due with the enrollment contract will be credited to the student's tuition bill as the Capital Improvement Fee.
Families may also choose to purchase busing. Students participating in athletics and co-curriculars are required to pay a participation fee for each activity.
Lunches can be purchased from Taher Food Service, our cafeteria vendor. Contact Taher to set up a lunch charge account. Contact Nancy Lynch at nlynch@hill-murray.org.
Transportation
Bus transportation is offered free of charge for students living in ISD 622 (Maplewood, North St. Paul, Oakdale). Registration is required to Hill-Murray and the school district prepares the routes annually based upon registration. Registration forms for busing are mailed with enrollment contracts. Bus transportation to Hill-Murray for other areas is offered by Monarch Bus Services, Inc. Registration forms for busing are mailed with enrollment contracts. Parents will be advised of bus routes in the spring. Although the bus company controls these routes, Hill-Murray makes every effort to coordinate and facilitate bus service. We are open to establishing new bus routes based upon demand. Call for more information at 651-748-2496.
