Design (CAD)/Wood Technology/Power

Hill-Murray Technology Education courses give students the opportunity to develop knowledge and life-long skills in a variety of technical areas including architechural design via Computer Assisted Design (CAD) technology; basic knowledge and skills in wood construction; and hands-on coursework to help students understand various forms of power and the machines used to harness them.   An emphasis is placed first on fundamental skills and, as the student progresses, on personal design and innovation.  The importance of safety is emphasized.
