Swimming and Diving

The Hill-Murray swimming and diving program is dedicated to providing every athlete the opportunity for success in reaching their goals in a positive and encouraging environment.  The coaching staff emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment and responsibility while providing athletes a high level of fitness and skill development.  Athletes take pride in academics as well as their athletic accomplishments.

The swimming and diving program is open to all girls in grades 7 through 12.  The team competes in the Classic Suburban Conference.  Practices and home meets are held at Maplewood Middle School.

The Pioneers finished the 2010 season with a 6-0-1 conference record.  The team placed second at the Section 4A Championships and was honored with their second consecutive Academic Silver Award.  The team qualified eight swimmers for post season competition, continuing the team's strong tradition of State appearances.
