Approval to Use Text and Images from our Website If you would like to publish information that you find on our Website, please send your request to smoravetz@hill-murray.org. Information about using our logo and images is also available by contacting the same email address.
Personally Identifiable Information Forms on this site may require you to provide your full name, address, e-mail address, password, gender, city, state, country and zip code. You may also choose to provide optional details or personal comments. You may update any of this information at any time by accessing your profile in our alumni pages.
Personal Profile Information and Profile Page Your "My Profile" features information you may wish to share with other site members on your Profile Page. Only alumni who are members of this site can view another member's Profile Page. The only information that is automatically displayed on your Profile Page is your First Name and Last Name. Additional information fields from your Personal Profile information, including comments, and other personal information you choose to share, along with any photos, will appear only if you have opted to provide those items and have also selected to make information public in your Profile Page View. All member information on the Web site is securely stored and is not sold or transferred to any third parties. While you cannot remove yourself from our database, you can choose to prevent unwanted communications by not providing contact information.
Independent of our alumni section and information you opt to provide, we collect and store only the following information about you: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com), if you are connecting from an American Online account; the date and time you access our site, and the Internet address of the website from which you may have linked to our site. We use the information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our website, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.
Sending us Email/Use of Information You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a Web form that provides us this information. We use personally identifying information from email primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to other employees who are better able to answer your questions. Classmate News The alumni areas of this website makes Classmate News available for every community group featured on the site. Your first and last name will be displayed when you post something in the News. By opting to post contact information you could be subject to unwanted spam or other unsolicited or unwanted communication.
Use of Links Throughout our Web pages, we provide links to other servers which may contain information of interest to our readers. We take no responsibility for, and exercise no control over, the organizations, views, or accuracy of the information contained on other servers.
Use of Text and Images Related to Students On our website we will not combine an image of a minor (student) with his/her name. While we will display images of our students or list their names, we will not identify individuals in photos who are minors.
