Message From the President
I am a Pioneer!
After 30 years as a Fortune 500 company officer and a Public Company CEO, I have returned to my roots at Hill-Murray School, where my journey as a student began. I also return with great enthusiasm to my first career – education.
I am proud to report that this is still a place where students are inspired to live their faith and nurture their unique talents; a place where our faculty and staff prepare and inspire them to go out and make significant contributions to the world.
As you spend time in our community, you will see our commitment to a rigorous academic experience has not abated. We are nationally recognized, but equally important we educate in a welcoming, inclusive Benedictine community that builds character in our graduates.
At Hill-Murray you will be known, respected, loved and challenged. All of our faculty, staff, alumni and friends welcome you as you discover what it means to say I am a Pioneer!
James Hansen ‘73
