IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COMPUTERIZED

LUNCH SYSTEM AT HILL-MURRAY

• All children in the same family use the same account.
  Deposits can be made from 6:30 am until 12:45 PM school days in the cafeteria. They can be deposited in the LUNCH DEPOSIT MAIL BOX, or with the cashier.
• It takes one day for deposits to be reflected in your account. For example if a deposit is made Monday the account will reflect the deposit on Tuesday morning.
• Deposits can be made in the cafeteria during the hours mentioned above; they can also be mailed to H-M and marked attention FOOD SERVICE. You may also leave a payment in the FOOD SERVICE mailbox in the main office at H-M.
• Deposits can be either cash or check. Checks should be made out to TAHER FOOD SERVICE. Deposits should be placed in an envelope with the FAMILY ID number referenced on the outside.
• Students will be informed when their balance reaches $10.00. They will be reminded to bring in a deposit.
• Students will not be able to use their account with a zero balance. The system is set up like a checking account rather than a charge account. If a student has a negative balance, they may make a deposit that day while purchasing lunch. The deposit needs to be given to the cashier when going through the lunch line.
• Students should be reminded to keep his or her PIN number confidential.
• Students may inquire about the current balance at any time.
• Lunch accounts can be viewed on line. Go to the lunch menu page on the HM web site. Click on check your lunch account balance. You will need to enter your Family ID number and PIN number. You were given a Family ID number when the account was set up. Your PIN number is the last four digits of the phone number food service have on file.
